Say It with Your Chest

There comes a point in our journey where we must speak up—not from a place of anger, ego, or fear—but from a place of clarity, confidence, and conviction. That point is now.

Too often, we dim our voices to keep the peace, avoid confrontation, or preserve relationships that aren’t even nourishing us. But silence can be heavy. Silence can become a prison. And eventually, what we do not say starts to speak for us—in our body, in our spirit, and in our energy.

"Say it with your chest" is more than a phrase. It's a reminder that your truth matters. That your feelings are valid. That you are allowed to stand tall in what you believe, what you need, and what you will no longer tolerate.

This isn’t about yelling to be heard—it’s about being rooted enough in your own inner knowing that even a whisper from you carries power.

So, say what needs to be said. Set the boundary. Speak the truth. Make the request. Honor your needs.

And do it without apology.

Say it with your chest.
